Exchange & Return Policy – ESTER HAIR SALON
At ESTER HAIR SALON, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We offer a friendly and hassle-free return & exchange policy for most products, subject to the terms below.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Unused Products)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

The product is in the same condition as when purchased

The lace has not been cut

The style and color have not been altered

No parts or accessories are missing

The hair has not been worn or used

All original tags and invoices are still attached and present
For in-store purchases:

Bring the product to our physical salon.

Your refund will be processed on the spot.
For online orders:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund immediately.

The refund will be issued back to the same payment account you used to place the order.
2. Return Shipping for Non-Quality Issues (Customer Dissatisfaction)
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (not due to a product defect or quality problem), the following applies:

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility.

You must contact our staff before returning any product. We will provide you with the correct return address.

Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for such shipments.
3. Free Installation Service & After-Sale Support
We offer free hair installation service for all hair purchased at ESTER HAIR SALON.

After installation, you have 7 days to contact us with any issues.

We will provide after-sale service for any installation-related concerns within this period.
4. Exclusions – No Return, Exchange, or After-Sale Service
The following situations are not eligible for any return, exchange, or after-sale service:

Non-ESTER HAIR products – If the hair used does not belong to our brand, we are not responsible for any after-sale issues, even if we provided the installation service.

Third-party installation – If you purchased our hair but had it installed at any other salon (not ESTER HAIR), we do not provide any after-sale service.

Beyond 7 days – Any issues reported more than 7 days after purchase or installation will not be eligible for after-sale service.
- Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange. If the exchanged product still does not meet your satisfaction, unfortunately we are unable to offer any additional return or exchange
